Any easy way to copy TC build configs from 6.x to 7.0 EAP?

We have a test server which is running 7.0 EAP and would like an easy way to copy build configurations from our 6.5.6 server and drop them into the configs directory on the 7.0 EAP server without teamcity complaining about errors in the syntax.  Do you guys have any scripts that can do this or maybe 7.0 EAP will do this automatically somehow?  I know this happens when you upgrade but would like a way to do it after you have a server running.

Thanks,
Jay

Hi Jason

Sorry, format converters are tied up with server upgrade, and are not available as standalone scripts.
You'll have to clone you server, perform an upgrade and then manually copy configurations to another server as explained in TW-4124.

what do you mean by "clone the server"? there is a data directory, the software itself including its settings like server.xml, and the database should it not live in the data directory.

To create a standalone test server, you'll need to copy all the data and binaries.
Create a copy of TeamCity server with all data article explains the procedure in details.
