Powershell working directory with multiple VCS roots

I am configuring a Build Project that attaches to multiple VCS roots.  My first step is a Powershell script.  In the Build Step configuration, I am asked for the working directory for the script.  Is there a way to tell it which VCS root to use?  I can give it a relative path for the working directory if I can tell it which VCS root to use.  This is very straightforward with one VCS root, since there's no doubt about which root to use.

Hi Adrian

If build configuration has multiple VCS roots attached, then all the sources are checked out into the same directory. You can organize them by subdirectories using VCS Checkout Rules.
Names of these subdirectories should be hardcoded, so required path will be known whithin the build step.
