Disconnected Agent after a reboot

I recently installed TeamCity to conduct an evaluation.  I was able to get the server and a build agent up and running but recently I noticed the build agent is disconnected.  Both are installed on a single machine and at one time I had a functional build working.

Attempts to start the BuildAgent Windows Service fails.  

The logs\wrapper.log is the only log file getting updated and shows the following:

Here is the dialog I get when attempting to re-start the windows service:

The only action I did since it was working was resetting the admin password.

Any ideas on what is going on?
