How fast should artifact download be?

Hi,

I'm curious what types of speeds I should be expecting for artifact downloads from a windows teamcity server?  I see about 10MB/s on large artifacts(1.5gb).  For reference I can pull the same artifact from the server using a window share at about 50MB/s.  I'd like the artifact download to be faster, but I'm not sure how to tell where the bottleneck might be.
