Builds stuck in "Cancelled" state

Hey all,

Having a problem with Teamcity here. Our database server went down and when it came back two of our builds were stuck in a "cancelled" "Cannot stop" state. I have restarted the server machine as well as each agent but the builds are stuck and no new builds will run on these agents. We are on TeamCity Enterprise 6.0.3 (build 15925) - thread dump is attached.
