Disabling personal build option?

Hi,

Is it possible to disable personal build on some of the build configuration?

One of the build configuration is launching a web deploy to another server.

I do not want others to run personal build on that project/build configuration!
Is there an option somewhere to configure this?

If not, are there any workaround?
