404 error from teamcity
Hi
I have been using teamcity for many years without issue appling upates along the way. In January 2012 I applied 6.5.5 without a problem and continued to us it. However in the last week or so our developers have reported that teamcity now reports a 404 page.
I have check the server and the basics look ok such as disk space, the teamcity web server sevice is running etc. I have also taken a look at the teamcity-server.log and this also seems okay (see attached). Our installation use the local built in database.
This morning out of desperation I cloned or server (host on amazon ec2) and upgraded it to 6.5.6, this upgraded okay but we still have the 404 error.
Any help would be greatly apprciated.
Rob

Hello
I have rolled back my amazon instance to 6.5.5 as 6.5.6 did not change things.
Can anyone please advise of what log files or things I might need to check.
Thanks
Rob
Does anyone have any ideas to what I might check next?
Thanks
Rob
If you have support you should email them.
Hi All
Still having issues with this, any help or advise on what I might check would be a great help. Were only a small company with 2 developers and so we use the free version. Is it possible to log a support request with this version or even pay for a support ticket?
Thanks
Rob
Found the issue :-)
It was nothing to do with Teamcity I'm sure your glad to hear.
We had installed "Web Deployment Agenet Service" for MSDeploy and this was obviously conflicting on port 80. For now I have just disabled this service and all is okay
Thanks
Rob
Thank you! This fixed it for me as well. Something to be aware of when installing WebDeploy v3
Thank you. This was my issue also after installing AZURE SDK
