Permalink to the Artifact(s) of the Latest Successful Build of a Branch?

I can see the permalink to the latest build result of a build, but what I really want is:

• The latest build result for a specific branch (with fallback to the default branch if successful builds from the specified branch doesn't exist)
• Links to a specific artifact created by the build above

Arguably, this can be implemented by externally publishing the artifact or a link to it someplace else, but would be nice if this was doable within TeamCity.

Ideas anyone?
