TeamCity and TestComplete

Our Development team recently purchased a build agent license to create daily builds of our code; Our QA team uses TestComplete to run smoke tests of the daily builds. I would like to use TeamCity to execute the automation scripts and report the results against each build. I know that I can set up the integration, but what I don't know is if I need to purchase additional licenses to execute the automation scripts. The automation scripts are executed on a separate virtual environment from where we build the code. I appreciate the input.

Hi Chasmin

If your testings builds should be executed on additional machine, then additional build agent is required.

Just to clarify, if I run the TestComplete automation scripts on a different virtual than the one TeamCity is building on software on, I need to purchase an additional build agent license. But, if I run the automation scripts on the same virtual environment that we TeamCity is building the software on, I do NOT need to purchase an additional build agent license.
