Stuck on Confirming TeamCity first start

Hi all,

I've just installed TeamCity on an Ubuntu 12.04 server, and started it up.  When I navigate to server in my browser on port 8111, I just see a screen titled "TeamCity Maintenance" with a message saying "Confirming TeamCity first start".  It has been like this for almost an hour.  Is this normal?
