tcc.jar where?

As it saying here http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/TW/Command+Line+Remote+Run+Tool:

"Download the tcc.jar from the "My Settings & Tools" > "TeamCity Tools" side panel > "Command Line Remote Run" to any directory."
But everything what I can see on my page "My Settings & Tools" is

Where can it be found?
