Schedule a single build to run at a future date & time

Hello,

I've tried some searches and came up empty handed so far so I thought I would post this question to the community.

We have a couple of build profiles which also include build steps to run cmd line scripts which deploy a build to our servers.  We're trying to reach a point where we can schedule this to run exactly once (needs to be QA'd and schedule is inconsistent) at say 2AM - as opposed to having to manually be up at 2AM to push the button or scheduling it to always run at 2PM.

Any suggestions/ideas?  This didn't seem simple from the project settings UI.
