Suggestion: Comments box per page

Hi - just a suggestion, sorry if its in the wrong place.

I'd like a comments box on each configuration page so I don't have to document stuff elsewhere and keep it in synch. Other admins (and myself) can be reminded of options set and why, pitfalls and future considerations.

Great product, BTW.
