Fail on metric change for specific namespace/assembly?

We use the integrated dotCover with TeamCity to get code coverage. I would like to add build failure conditions for specific projects/namespaces in a build configuraiton  to fail upon metric change (E.g. if having few projects with 100% coverage which one wants to keep at 100%).

Is this possible somehow? (I couldn't find a similar issue on youtrack).
