Renaming Agent Build Folder

I have my agent [agent.work.dir] set to c:\dev\build.  My agent is building, and everything works great!  If I look into my working directory, it contains the a folder named "1e4feeba1025f185" which was created by TeamCity and has all of my build data. Where can/do I set the name for this folder?
