A beginner's question - where is it happening?

Hello to all,

I have been using TeamCity for a couple of month now.
Sometimes the automated tests (especially those related to opening browsers) are stuck.
I believe it is related to popups not being handled.

my questions are :


1. Where does the team-city-agent actually run? in which context?
    How come i connect to the agent via MSTSC and do not see the actual windows opening?
    Is it a different user running in the same time?

2. Is it possible to run the build not in a "quite" mode, but see everything that is going on?
