Feature Branches using Tortoise SVN

Hi,

TeamCity 7.x documentation explains how feature branches can be used in Git and Mercurial via Branch Specification in the VCS root, is there a way to set up a feature branch using Tortoise SVN in a similar way?

I'm using TeamCity Enterprise 7.1.4.
