Need to stop hanging builds. Any settings/plugin?

Hi

Can we make TeamCity settings to automatically stop a build that TeamCity identifies as hanging? I know we can select the Enable hanging build detection option to detect probably "hanging" builds under Notifications. But, is there a available setting to also stop those builds that are identified as hanging? or can this be implementable via a plugin?

Would be helpful if I get inputs asap!
