Migration from MSSQL to MySQL

I would like to migrate from Team City Enterprise 7.0 to 7.1 and switch from using Windows Server with MSSQL to a Linux Server with MySQL database.  Can someone please point me to documentation that explains this scenario or even better, tell me how you have successfully completed this?  Recommendations?
