Maximum length of environment variable

Hello,

currently I`m trying to execute Python script through TeamCity. I cannot figure out, why is the maximum length of environment variable set to 1023 bytes.

When BuildAgent starts, it chceck environment variables from OS, but in TC I see just the first 1023 bytes from Path variable.
Is it possible to modify this length ?
