How to get Per Test Commit Option in VS 2012 with Perforce?

Hi,
    I am using Perforce Server version V2012.2 as version control with TeamCity 8.0.4  for Continuous Integration & Visula Studio 2012 as IDE.
I want to enable the Pre Test Commit option to validate my changes before commiting to perforce. But I am not getting the Option in team city plugin for VS 2012.
