MSSQL Backup but no TeamCity Data Directory how to restore?

Hi Guys

We had an unfortunate incident and lost our TeamCity Data Directory... However we do have a database backup of our TeamCity Database.

I've reinstalled TeamCity and got it connecting to the database, my old user accounts all work fine. But there are no projects visible?

Have I missed any steps, can this even be done?
