large svnkit spool files in temp directory of teamcity

We are using TeamCity Enterprise 7.1.4.
The temp folder on the TeamCity webserver host in the teamcity application directory fills up with large svnkit spool files.
such as 386295044 Nov 22 15:49 svnkit.7032636124215668441.spool

Is there a way to find out where that is coming from ?
