Team city migration problems

This is what I did:

1. Did a full backup of the current server
2. Installed new win 2k8 64 bit server
3. installed teamcity 8.1
4. restored the backup

Server starts but goes down often.

There is a lot of log events related to tfs. This is the only log file which is groving.

What memory settings are used for this server? Please also attach teamcity-server.log file.
