TestConnection Freezing and Build Execution not getting completed

I am beginner, installed TeamCity in my local machine. My local machine is acting as server and agent.
I am using TFS as VCS Repository. We dont use credentials for loggging to TFS but TFS access is given for my window login Id.
I have clicked on Test Connection both with and without entering UserName and password. I both the cases, opnce i click on Test Conenction, the screen is getting hanged forever.
When  i click on run, it is getting executed forever with status Checking for Status.

I have attached the settings in the screeshots. Can you please let me know whether there is change in settings.
