Powershell runner missing after upgrade to 8.1.1

Hello all,

I decided to upgrade from 8.0.4 to 8.1.1 today and hit the problem that I can't figure out how to solve: after upgrade the agent (installed on the same machine as server) doesn't show that it has the powershell runner available. I manually added powershell_x86/64 and powershell_x86/64_Path parameters to the buildagent.parameters, but still no luck.

Can anyone advise what can be going wrong?

thanks,
Zurab

Do you see powershell plugin in the list of plugins on the TeamCity server (Administration -> Plugin list page)?

It shows as an external plugin 'teamcity-powershell'

Do you have any plugins under <TeamCity data directory>/plugins directory?

No, the folder is empty.

Finally I reinstalled 8.1.1 again and powershell runner (as well as rest api that was not working) started behaving as expected. I guess there was a problem with the upgrade procees originally (although no errors were reported by the system back then).
