Cleanup artifacts cache in BuildAgent

How to cleanup system/.artifacts_cache in BuildAgent?

Basically you can remove the content manually, but why do you need to clean this folder? Is it eating up the free disk space and causing build failures?
I am seeing it eat up a lot of disk space. It would be nice if you could configure the location in the buildAgent.properties.

you configure "systemDir" path in buildAgent.properties file. This will move all "system" folder to new location, including ".artifacts_cache
