Administration button missing

Hi There,

I'm currently in the 'Administrators' group on Teamcity.
I had access to the administration tab at one point, but now when logging in the 'administration button' on the 'Projects UI' is no longer there.
This means I can't configure any new projects.

Has anybody experienced this ?
