create charts and metrics through the UI

Hello,

Changing the TC server xml files is not very maintainable - is there a way to change charts and metrics through the UI?

If not can I request a feature to do so in TC8.1?

We've already had related feature request http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-12481. If it does not cover your issue, please create new issue.
