Getting colors in build log

Hi,

My project generates some output that I would like to stand out in the build.log.
E.g. by using color.

I have tried generating ansi color escape sequences but that did not work.
Is there another way to achieve this?
Note that this is output from the project itself, so I don't think I can use ##teamcity[ ]
