VCS Workers??
We've been using the VCS Workers in TeamCity 8.0, and are just wondering when this will be supported in 8.1. Does anyone know?

Hi,
We've not planned to support VCS Worker in 8.1 yet. Could you please describe your use case, why and for do you use this plugin?
We set it up with v8.0 to control builds on some legacy code still stored in TFS. Even though it was tagged "experimental" in the release notes, it was refreshed a few times and then not mentioned again. We run 1 build agent on Windows 7 Pro and run the vcs-worker there also. This works really good in our scenario, especially since adding an additional Windows Server for another TeamCity instance really isn't an option. So I was just wondering if the vcs-worker plugin was going to be refreshed for 8.1, or could be placed on github like other unofficial plugins, and just what was happening with it.
I actually installed the vcs-worker into 8.1 latest on a test instance, and it seemed to work somewhat, but gave errors related to ssh key parameters, so I did not continue forward with the upgrade.
Thanks,
Jeffrey
So you basically want to keep server on Linux, but still be able to work with TFS, right? In this case please watch / vote for http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-7407
As to errors in VCS worker, please create issue in our tracker.
