Team City Web Server Cipher Suite

We have our Teamcity environment hosted in a cloud environment.  It is curring running SSL but I am having issues configuring the Team City Web Server (tomcat7.exe) to use on strong ciphers.  I tried following this document here with no sucess.  https://support.comodo.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/659/0/how-to-disable-weak-ciphers-in-tomcat

Does anyone have any suggestions?
