TeamCity Nuget feed does not contain old packages

Hello!

I am using TeamCity version 8.1.5. I have several projects. I use Octopus to for deployment. I have found that my older builds are not included in Nuget Feed of teamcity. In my "Build History Clean-up", "Everything is kept forever" is set. I can see all the older build in history but older builds (almost 80 days old) are not in nuget feed although its visible in build history. I can even download package from artifacts but when I try to access it from Nuget Feed URL, it returns 404.

Can anyone help me including that older builds in Nuget Feed? I have attached screenshots of what I thought would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

/Anas

Hi Anas,

Please try to re-index the NuGet feed. Do the following steps:

- stop the server
- backup the content of <TeamCIty data directory>\system\caches\buildsMetadata and delete the content of the directory
- start the server and wait for the artifacts to be reindexed (there should be related logging in the server log).

TeamCity should rebuild the corrupted caches upon start. Please inform us if it helps.

Hello Alina!

I tried doing that. It still indexed only the builds that were part of Nuget feed earlier. I took a look into server logs and it started indexing from the earlier included builds..

Any more clue?

Hi Anas,

Please try the suggested workaround, if it does not help then please attach teamcity-server.log.

A bunch of thanks Alina :) The workaround solved the problem.

I was thinking whether JetBrains recognizes this problem as a bug or not....
