svn checkout from repository A and commit build results to repository B

Hi,

In my teamcity I checkout the code from repository A and do the build. When the build gets succesful, I want to copy (svn tag) the bin directory to another repository B. How can I achieve this ?

This $directory is the path of repository B. This is provided as a parameter to the script. When I run the below script , I get the followin error:

Copy-Item D:\TeamCity\buildAgent\work\6f520cc991fa8bfe\bin\Release\*.* -Destination $directory -Force
svn add $directory --force --depth infinity --username ADMIN
svn commit $directory --message $svnComment --depth infinity --username ADMIN --trust-server-cert --non-interactive

Error:
