TeamCity with Runner type "Visual Studio Solution" does copy unnecessarily resource files

I have a visual studio solution which i build with teamcity.
This solution does have a reference to an assembly (System.Windows.Interactivity.dll) from the Microsoft Blend SDK

When i build the solution in visual studio, the output is just my own assemblies.
When i build the solution with msbuild, the output is just my own assemblies

When the build is performed by teamcity, the output does contain resource folders for various languages(en/es/ja/ko/zh-Hant/etc) for this Blend assembly.

Is there a way to force teamcity not to copy those resource files?
Is there a way to get the full msbuild command in order to try and reproduce this behavior?

Hi Manuel,

Please check the settings of your project (for example the related blog post). TeamCity should not create additional folders.

Do you mean artifacts publishing? If yes, then you can exclude these folders using artifact paths.

No, TeamCity uses MSBuildBootstrap.exe to run MSBuild with needed parameter. MSBuildBootstrap.exe resolves some of its parameters using teamcity-provided environment variables.
