Changing default Working copy format

We are currently using Subversion 1.8 ou our agents machines.

Teamcity is using version 1.7 as the as the default Working copy Format.



This cause issue when looking at the checkout directory on the agents, as the version aren't identical and thus, an working copy upgrade is require, which would then break TC update.

I've have been unable to locate any documention mentionning how to change the default value for the working copy format from 1.7 to 1.8.

Is it possible to change the default value globally? Or do I have to manually change it to every project that get created?
