How to prioritize pools?

Greetings,

I have two pools. One for static EC2 teamcity agents and one for "cloud agents". I would like to give the static EC2 agents priority over the cloud agents, since the servers are faster. Is this possible?

No, it is not possible in TeamCity now. We have the related feature request https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-23336, please vote for it.
