TeamCity - 3 build agents?

I have installed TeamCity Professional on a server here at the office and am only able to use one build agent, or at least only one build agent shows as being available on the Agents page.

Shouldn't this start out with three build agents?

Michael,
TeamCity installs and runs with single agent by default, but allows up to 3 running agents in free Professional Version. To install and run additional agents, please refer to this documentation page
