download sbt plugin requires tc authentication

It makes for a very poor user experience to navigate to the SBT Runner Plugin page and then have to create a TC account just to download the zip file.

Is there some good reason those artifacts aren't available as releases on the Github page, which conveniently does not require authentication to use?

Hi,

You should not create a TC account, you can login as a guest user (link is on the bottom of login form) to download this plugin.

In that case could you update the confluence page to mention that, or if there is a "sign in as guest" (which I admit I totally didn't see) then why does one need to "sign in" at all? That's really my question: what's the purpose of protecting assets that are designed to be publically consumed anyway?

We've changed download links to direct links on zip archives on SBT plugin page. Thank you for your feedback.

Looks like this problem has reverted.

For the general 9.x link I get a 404

For the development link I am taken a login page. And even if login I am presented with:

"Build configuration with id 'TeamCityPluginsByJetBrains_SbtRunner_TeamcitSbtRunner' does not exist."

Hi Barry,

Thank you for posting the issue. We've updated the links on the plugin page.
Also please note that Scala plugin is bundled since TeamCity 9.1.
