Publishing java doc as link from TC

Maven build in Team city generates a jar artifact. I want to make the index.html acessible for users, can we make javadoc link created inside teamcity.

I would use the Report Tab: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD9/Including+Third-Party+Reports+in+the+Build+Results
