Sorry for delay. It is not a critical bug but it means plugin will not able to refresh its status.
Is it possible specified port is really busy? Another version is your IDEA cannot start WebServer or plugin cannot recognize local address (for example). I'll add some logging, thanks. Could you submit corresponding bug issue? Thanks!
Thanks for your response. I did change the port to a different port and still get the same error. I verified with tcpview (sysinternal.com) that the rpc.port is infact opened by the IDEA's Java process.
For me once I get this error I am not able to get the build server plugin.
