[1574] Generated msbuild should ignore vdproj projects

Hello, here's a suggestion...when the sln2005 runner generates the msbuild
file that will be effectivelly run, it would be nice to not include the
*.vdproj projects as they will always generate a warning, and can't be
built anyway.
