[1611] UTFDataFormatException while applying patch

I cannot get #1611 to work at all now. All I get is the exception below and
dozens of this log message:

WARN - rver.agent.impl.BuildAgentImpl - Call
http://192.168.1.13:8111//RPC2 buildServer.register:
org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: java.lang.Exception: AlreadyExists:2 Agent
devsrv already exists since 22.09.06 14:48
INFO - r.agent.impl.ServerXmlRpcProxy - Registering on build
server: devsrv 192.168.1.8 8112

"Clean Sources" doesn't help and neither does removing the content of the
agent's work directory.

I did a clean install of the TC server, but did not not reinstall the agent. Any
hint about what's wrong? Should I manually update the agent?

Doesn't seem to be exactly the same thing, but I started getting some errors with 1611 that weren't there before (luckily for me, they only occur occasionally and do not seem to cause things to go terribly wrong). They are CVS errors, running against CVS server 1.11.17. More info is here:

Did you use bundled tomcat or you added teamcity to an existing server?
If you're using preinstalled one, what version is it?
Thanks!

I downloaded and installed #1611 with the bundled tomcat.

But I've got good news: I just installed #1615 with the windows installer and
the problem is gone.

I'm building happily again ;)
