suggestion: test button for notifications

What notifier do you use? For email try to search for messages like "Cannot
send email notification" in the teamcity.log file. For jabber search for
"Cannot send notification via jabber".

We haven't been able to get notifications to work with TeamCity.... and we
have no idea why. You guys should put a test button in for notifications,
so people don't have to wait for a bad build to see if the notifications
are working.
