When running the TeamCity server from the console, i continually see
this exception:

In addition, no matter what I do, the "My Changes" link does not work
for SVN. I have made sure that my svn name in my settings is set
correctly, but still nothing shows up. Could the above exception be related?

Hello,

Looks like there is a tray notifier running on some PC in your network.
Probably user who was used during login in this notifier was removed or does
not have a license but notifier did not recover correctly from this
situation. You can try to locate such a notifier in your network and restart
it.
