Here's some positive feedback:

1) Code inspection now works.
2) Timestamps in build log are now displayed correctly when build log is viewed in IDEA plugin. Some coloring (error messages in red, warnings in orange, like in web view) would be great, if it's possible.
3) "Detect global libraries and module-based JDK in *.iml files" in Ipr runner settings can now be disabled.

Getting back the option to change the Authentication Settings under "Administration" -> "Edit server configuration" would be nice.

The only major thing open for me right now is TW-2167 (Support exclusion pattern for resources).

I'm running into build failures across the board. Specifically, I end up with:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tools/ant/launch/Launcher

This is happening both with JDK 1.4 and 1.5. I'm still looking into it to see if I can figure out what is going on.
