[ANN] Agra bugfix release (#4073) is available

There is a "License agreement" link now on the bottom of the pages, but it isn't linked yet. ;)

What do you mean it isn't linked? You do not see license agreement text? If
so it looks like a bug. Could you please tell me what license keys are used
in your TC server installation?

Strange, I could swear that nothing happened when I tried to click on the link a few hours ago.
