No checkins, lots of 'pending'

One project occasionally gets into a state where the 'pending' counter increments, even when nothing has been checked in.

For example I have one project where the pending shows '81' rows, but all the rows have the same svn revision number.

Looks like its time to try the 'minor' eap update & open a Jira ticket.
