TC3 server error

Hello, am migrating to TC3 and after the installation its not possible to connect to the server, i get this error when i type
http://localhost:9090
Method GET not implemented (try POST)
under services i can see build agent and webserver started.
Can anyone help me out?

This is not the TC Address. This is the default for the Build-Agent.
Normal localhost is anought, you may also specify an other port then 80 for
TeamCity Server if you choose it.

Albert is right: plesase try opening address of the TeamCity server in the browser. By default, it is http://localhost:8111 if you used .tag.gz distribution, or http://localhost:80 if you used Windows installer and did not change the settings in the Wizard.
