3.1 EAP and ibm-java2-x86_64-50 jdk

Greetings:

I am trying to get a TC demo working for my group.
I thought I would pass this info along.

I first installed TC 3.0.1 and 3 build agents on our build server that were running under the default JAVA_HOME with the jdk: ibm-java2-x86_64-50

The server and all the build agents were running fine (very fast).
When I upgraded to the eap, I had problems.

With the TC server I had security Exception
http://intellij.net/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=272739&tstart=0

and with the build agents I get:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.parsers.SAXParser

So it is running now under another JDK, but our build takes much longer :(

Thanks.
